Team Cincy Express Multisport is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and abilities improve in their enjoyment and performance of multi-sport activities. Cincy Express is committed to building camaraderie between individuals through education, group training, exchanging techniques, and participation in community events and social functions, as well as promoting health, wellness, and safety in the spirit of endurance sports.

Cincy Express was formed in May 2004 by Joe Yorio. Joe posted an invitation to start a multisport club in Cincinnati on a local bulletin board to which there was immediate response. With the help of just a few energetic volunteers, Team Cincy Express Multisport was founded in January 2005.
Since that time we have grown rapidly to over 100 active members who participate in enduance sports from entry level social athletes to multiple Ironman World Championship qualifiers.
